myFPG RESERVED AREA

As a condition for using the reserved area, users will be asked to register beforehand, and can do so using the button "myFPG" located in the upper right of the Website homepage.

Failure to fill in the obligatory fields (duly indicated) will prevent valid registration, which is obligatory to access the functions of myFPG.

The access details for the myFPG reserved area are personal and non-transferable, and the user is responsible for not transferring them and for their safekeeping.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of their personal data and for keeping it updated at all times.

In communicating with users, the FPG will use the data that it finds registered on myFPG, and is not responsible for any misplacement or failure of communication arising from any inaccuracy in this data. The user will incur any costs arising from this inaccuracy.

The personal data provided by registering on myFPG will be processed by computer and will constitute a digital file of a personal nature, of which the FPG is the recipient and responsible entity and, from time to time, it may contract carefully-chosen third parties (namely, companies responsible for IT services, data centres, clouds, and call centres) to undertake tasks, under its direction, related to the processing of the data collected.

The personal data provided through registering on myFPG will be shared, for all due effects, with the entity by which the user is affiliated.

The users of the myFPG reserved area declare and guarantee, by filling out the respective fields, that they have read, understood, accept and expressly consent to the computer processing of their personal data by the FPG.

The transmission of personal data of minors under 16 years, is subject to the authorisation and responsibility of their respective legal guardians, and the FPG may require proof of this.

Any user may, at any time, access the personal data they have provided, and also exercise their right to update, correct or delete this data through the email fpg@fpg.pt.

The FPG has adopted technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data collected against its accidental or criminal loss, destruction or damage, and also to ensure that the data provided is protected against access or use by unauthorised third parties, without prejudice to its aforementioned dissemination for the purposes of member research.
